If you have seen me in my almost blue 1990 F150 you'll understand my thinking here.
Everyone should be able to create a new file and specify the size in inches by now. Using the cookie cutter tool on a color filled layer easily creates the shapes. I found it was easy to load patterns not used for the background. The paws do look better with the small noisy border from outer glows effects.
