Can we create a pimple or cold sore?

need to creat a new image here...

This exercise centered around how to use the gradient tool to blend colors. One used the elliptical tool for the first time and that takes a bit of practice. Here is my effort at messing up the lovely woman using Photo Shop.

The pimple below her mouth and the cold sore on her lip turned out the best.
